Job Summary:

  • Responsible of cash in-out activity, invoicing, accounting data entry and filing.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all transactions for Lebanon branch:
  • invoices, payments, expenses, receipts, delivery notes.
  • Input data accurately into accounting software or spreadsheets.
  • Prepare daily report:
  • Accounting for cash operations (Receipts, payments)
  • Cash count
  • Daily collection schedule
  • Filing for Lebanon branch: maintain complete documentation of all financial transactions and records.
  • Maintaining the cash level in the cash box.
  • Daily calls and follow-up to customers for payment collection

Knowledge and skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • +6 years experience in Accounting
  • High attention to details.
  • High follow-up skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage own time to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work and collaborate with team.
  • High level of ethics, integrity and professionalism with colleagues, customers and all stakeholders.
  • Pleasant and respectful relations with colleagues, customers and all stakeholders.
