  • Prohibited Actions: You agree not to:

    • Post fraudulent, discriminatory, or illegal job listings.

    • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful content.

    • Attempt to interfere with the Service’s functionality, including through hacking or introducing malware.

  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of Content you submit but grant Jobslebanon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it solely for operating and promoting the Service.

4. Job Listings and Applications

  • Employer Responsibilities: Employers must post accurate job listings, including clear details about job requirements, location (e.g., Beirut, Tripoli), and compensation (in USD or LBP where applicable).

  • Job Seeker Responsibilities: Job seekers must submit truthful applications and comply with employer instructions. Jobslebanon is not responsible for the outcome of job applications.

  • Third-Party Links: Job listings may include links to external sites (e.g., employer websites). Jobslebanon is not responsible for the content or practices of these sites.

5. Monetization and Payments

  • Paid Services: Certain features, such as featured job listings or premium employer accounts, may require payment. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • No Refunds: Payments for services (e.g., job postings) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Collection: Jobslebanon collects and processes personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, accessible at jobslebanon.com/privacy-policy.

  • GDPR Compliance: For users in the European Union or elsewhere where applicable, Jobslebanon complies with GDPR requirements, including data export options in CSV format.
