Country Finance Manager

About the job

We are currently looking for talented and committed Country Finance Manager to join our fast growing and challenging organization.

Role & Responsibilities

• Take all relevant actions and decisions towards F&A ban production teams, according to management guidance, to improve performance level and decrease RFI.
• Analyze KPIs and requests sent by Agency Finance team
• Organize internal meetings with production teams to decrease RFI and improve KPI level, and meetings with Delivery managers to follow-up on ongoing trainings/on boarding for new joiners to increase the know-how excellence according to country scope
• Ensure 1st level control and analysis to avoid any back-and-forth process with Agencies on the following:
• BS & P&L variations
• Cost allocation (cost + template and cost centers)
• CAN finance reporting
• Consolidation package
• Sign:
• Bank reconciliations with CFO
• MGA for cash pooled agencies
• Representation Letter together with CFO
• Validate treasury reporting and consolidation
• Produce financial statement appendices
• Supervise statutory audits
• Oversea Bank Reconciliation, MGA for cash pooled agencies
• Ensure, under its control, that teams have a direct contact with suppliers and internal Group stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration emphasis Finance & Accounting or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Locating in Lebanon-Beirut
