We're looking for an Outdoor Sales Agent who wants to grow with us — and earn well while doing it.
💼 The Role
As an Outdoor Sales Agent, you're not sitting behind a desk. You're out in the field — meeting business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers across Lebanon. Your job is simple: get employers on the platform.
You'll be selling JobsLebanon's hiring solutions to companies of all sizes — from Beirut startups to family businesses in Mount Lebanon, from NGOs to retail chains.
This is a sales job. But it's also a mission. Every employer you bring on board means more jobs for Lebanese people.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Field Outreach | Visit businesses in your assigned area to introduce JobsLebanon. Build relationships with owners and HR managers. |
Lead Generation | Identify potential employer clients. Knock on doors. Make cold visits. Turn "not interested" into "tell me more." |
Sales Presentations | Clearly explain our three hiring solutions: direct job posting, full-service recruitment, and premium employer branding. |
Client Onboarding | Help new employers post their first job. Ensure they have a great experience from day one. |
Relationship Management | Follow up with existing clients for repeat business. Be the person they call when they need to hire again. |
Daily Reporting | Track your visits, meetings, and sales in our simple system. No complicated CRM nightmares. |
