Customer Service Representative

Transmed

To process and follow up on customer-sales orders targeting on time and complete order delivery while ensuring minimal returns upon delivery.

Responsibilities

Customer Sales Order

  • Enters sales orders accurately on the system and checks prices for modern trade customers versus PO to avoid reconciliation issues.
  • Follows-up with logistics team to ensure orders are delivered to customers on time.
  • Follows-up with IT and F&A on issues preventing the timely release of orders in order to minimize the delay of delivery to customers.
  • Coordinates with Market Planning team to ensure timely clean up of discontinued items from the system.

Transaction Processing

  • Processes transactions related to CN's, DN's, GRV's and distribute them to the sales team in order to deliver them to customers.

Reports & Analysis

  • Analyzes and develops action plans in order to fix issues causing returns upon delivery.
  • Shares on a monthly basis discontinued items, wrong prices, and wrong barcodes with the sales team for correction.

KPIs

  • Updates monthly the KPIs and takes necessary actions in order to reach the target.

Transmed Purpose

  • Acts as a role model by living the Transmed Purpose on daily basis.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Education: Technical Degree | Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
  • Language: Good Command of English and Arabic Language.
  • Computer Skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel |Familiarity with JDE software is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Competencies: Good Reporting skills – Flexibility in Shifts – Communication skills – Analytical Thinking – Attention to Details – Time Management.
