About the job Senior Account Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications sector, is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Beirut,Lebanon to lead a portfolio of key client accounts, cultivate long-term relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, deeply understanding their needs and ensuring that the company's products and services consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business opportunities within assigned accounts by identifying client needs and promoting relevant products.
  • Propose tailored solutions and identify opportunities for new telecommunications solutions, coordinating with internal teams for design and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with end users across client organizations.
  • Gather and report competitive market intelligence related to client activities.
  • Understand the scope of work and proposed solutions to effectively present and defend them to clients.
  • Contribute to the growth of the internal telecommunications solutions department.
  • Support the development of the divisions profile and website.
  • Develop comprehensive solution proposals for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal presales and technical teams to create customized client solutions.
  • Provide team development and support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Native proficiency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive business development initiatives effectively.
