Call Center Agent

* Receive inbound calls

* Perform outbound calls

* Telesales

* Answer social media and WhatsApp messages

* Assist in market study

* Assist in divers reports related to customer database

Requirements

* BA or its equivalent

* Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets

* Good in Data Collection and Reporting

* Good Communication skills (written and verbal)

* Good English and French

* Experience in CRM is a plus

Schedule

Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm

Every other Saturday: 9 am to 1 pm
