About The Job Country Manager- Sierra Leone & Liberia
Our client, a well-known power conversion company is seeking an experienced full-time Country Manager for Sierra Leone & Liberia with a solid base in budgeting and financial planning skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving business growth, managing budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
- To prepare annual budgets and produce a detailed annual business operating plan.
- To deliver monthly, quarterly and annual targets for revenue, profits and cash.
- To produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- To recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
- The role is client facing and so daily contact with clients is a big part of the job, therefore the ability to communicate effectively is essential.
- To develop the business as to ensure growth and sustainability.
- Bachelor/Master's degree with 8+ years of professional experience.
- Fluent in English & Arabic, French is a plus.
- Possess operational and financial qualifications, with a solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business operations and proven business acumen.
- Exhibit excellent networking and business development skills.
- Deliver the highest standards of customer service.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including leadership and communication abilities.
- Familiar with computer software programs, such as Word and Excel.
