Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a monthly social media calendar aligned with brand goals, trends, and key campaigns.
Script Writing & Storytelling: Write sharp, platform-specific scripts for videos, reels, stories, and posts that hook audiences from the first second.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality visuals and videos using phone photography and editing tools. Bonus for experience with professional cameras (DSLR/mirrorless) for elevated shoots.
Platform Management: Schedule, post, monitor, and optimize content across all channels; analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions; foster authentic interactions to grow loyal followers.
Trend Spotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of social algorithms, viral trends, and emerging formats (e.g., short-form video, AR filters).
Collaboration: Work with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and ensure brand consistency.
Reporting: Track KPIs (reach, engagement, growth) and deliver insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role (portfolio required).
Expertise in script writing for social video content – think punchy hooks, clear CTAs, and emotional resonance.
Strong command of phone photography (composition, lighting, editing apps like Lightroom, CapCut, or InShot).
Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Suite).
Deep understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Greek is a plus).
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics (native platform insights, Google Analytics).
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with professional camera gear and video production (e.g., lighting setups, gimbal use).
Background in marketing, journalism, or filmmaking.
Familiarity with paid social ads and influencer collaborations.
