Restaurant Floor Supervisor

The Restaurant Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to ensure efficient service.
• Train, motivate, and develop restaurant staff to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area to provide an enjoyable guest experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry (2-4 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
