Human Resource Manager
Sanipro
o Develop HR procedures in compliance with Labor Law and internal company policies. In full agreement with the general manager of the company.
o Explain the HR procedures to all department managers and ensure they explain it in turn to their team.
o Utilizes the HRIS system to eliminate administrative tasks and meet the other needs of the organization.
o Gather information about factors affecting employees’ moral, motivation and efficiency.
o Discuss personnel needs with department supervisors to prepare and implement recruitment program.
o Develop recruitment process and Responsible for recruitment, selection, interviewing of candidates and offer preparation.
o Develop and conduct new employee orientation process to foster positive attitude towards company goals.
o Responsible for training, development and performance appraisal of subordinates.
o Develop training process, conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business heads.
o Confer with management and supervisory personnel in order to determine suitable corrective or development schemes according to needs
o Advice department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities compensation and employee benefits.
o Ensure smooth exit of terminated employees according to company policy.
o Meeting with third parties and suppliers for achieving the development of the department such as (HRS representatives, training companies, insurance companies, activities & team building….)
o Report to general manager all issues regarding the development of all personnel.
o Responsible for the application of the Quality Management system related to the department and its continuous development.
o Overlook and approve the payroll after completion and generation by the Senior Personnel Officer.
o Supervise the personnel files and records of employees and labors that are handled by SPO and Legal and Admin officer.
o Attend to major complaints that are not solved by the HOD/s to enhance grievance at the company.
Manage the HR department in terms of establishment and application of company rules and regulations, recruitment, personnel performance evaluation, training and development of HR department in accordance with company’s goals.
