Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update employee schedules in accordance with operational needs.
- Ensure all shifts are adequately staffed and manage last-minute scheduling changes.
- Track attendance, call-offs, and shift coverage, providing timely solutions to staffing gaps.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records, logs, and reports.
- Communicate scheduling information to employees and management in a clear and timely manner.
- Support administrative functions as required to ensure smooth office operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or business education is a plus.
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional office environment.
- Reliability and professionalism are essential.
