Digital Performance Marketing -Specialist

Role

We’re looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to scale all paid digital activities for our Ohana Development Lebanon, driving qualified real estate leads and elevating our online presence across markets. You’ll run end-to-end campaigns

on Meta and Google Ads, manage listing portals, and build robust retargeting and lookalike programs that convert.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns (Meta C Google Ads) for lead generation (forms, landing pages, WhatsApp, call).
  • Build retargeting C lookalike audiences; segment by project, geo, language, and buyer intent.
  • Manage and optimize property listing portals (titles, thumbnails, copy, tracking, budgets).
  • Own tracking C attribution: GA4, GTM, pixels, CAPI, event mapping; integrate with CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Run always-on A/B tests (creative, copy, audiences, bidding, landing pages).
  • Collaborate with creative on ad specs and briefs; ensure brand consistency in EN/AR/FR
  • Weekly reporting: CPL, CTR, CVR, cost/SQL, lead quality, appointment rate; derive insights and next actions.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and local regulations; manage negative keywords and brand safety.
  • Maintain media calendars and allocate budgets by performance; prepare monthly/quarterly growth plans.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in performance marketing; real estate experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube).
  • Familiar with listing portals and marketplace optimization.
  • Proven track record improving lead quality and conversion rates (please share metrics).
  • Solid grasp of retargeting, lookalikes, bidding strategies, and funnel design.
  • Analytics: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio (or similar), Excel/Sheets.
  • Bilingual: English C Arabic (French is a plus).
  • Strong copy sense for ad variations; comfortable briefing designers for high- performing creatives.
  • SEO/ASO and landing-page CRO experience (forms, speed, trust signals).
