Your Role

As Personal Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand of the President and CEO . You will play a key role in coordinating, communicating, and representing the leadership team.

Your main responsibilities will include

– Ensuring smooth and proactive administrative coordination for both entities.

– Managing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting (dashboards, strategic presentations, performance indicators).

– Drafting, proofreading and distributing internal communications for staff as well as external communications for clients, suppliers and partners.

– Preparing executive committee meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points.

– Representing the leadership in selected internal and external meetings (clients, partners, service providers).

– Supporting the preparation and follow-up of accounting and financial matters, in collaboration with the accounting firm and the finance team.

– Producing high-quality, elegant and impactful presentations (PowerPoint, Gamma.app, etc.) to contribute to our brand image.

– Handling confidential personal and strategic matters with absolute discretion.

Requirements

– Experience: Minimum 10 years in a similar role (Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant) within a mid-sized company or an international environment.

– Languages: Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.

– Writing skills: Impeccable spelling and grammar, excellent drafting style, ability to summarise complex information clearly.

– Tools: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and ideally modern presentation tools (Gamma.app, etc.).

– Autonomy & representation: Able to represent the leadership with professionalism, diplomacy and confidence.

– Financial knowledge: A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and budget monitoring is an advantage.

– Confidentiality: Strong sense of discretion in handling personal and strategic topics.

– Personal qualities: Highly organised, reliable, proactive, able to prioritise, trustworthy, loyal, and committed to seeing tasks through to completion.

– Location: hybrid work. 3 days per week from the office in Downtown beirut , 2 days remotely

– Autonomy: Ability to represent the company internally and externally.

– Travel: Not required.

– Confidentiality: Essential for personal and strategic matters.

– Financial skills: Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.

– Salary range: 2000 USD negotiable
