Assistant Professor of Practice non-tenure track, Entrepreneurship/Management

Position Summary

The Department of Management Studies invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor of Practice non-tenure track. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching excellence in Management/ Entrepreneurship, engage in service to the university and community, and support the department's mission of preparing students for leadership in a global business environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Management/ Entrepreneurship from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated professional experience in management / Entrepreneurship (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Evidence of teaching effectiveness at the university level, including experience with experiential and practice-based learning.
• Ability to teach a range of undergraduate and/or graduate courses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student engagement, mentoring, and inclusive teaching practices.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• A PhD or DBA in a relevant field (preferred but not required for practice-track).
• Experience in curriculum development and program innovation.
• Familiarity with AACSB accreditation standards and assurance of learning processes.
• Engagement in industry partnerships, executive education, or consulting.
• Interest in contributing to interdisciplinary initiatives and sustainability-focused business education.
