Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and creative teacher to join our team. Experienced teachers and new graduates are both welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching children, experience with structured learning methods, and a passion for education. While experience with STEM subjects is a plus, the ability to guide students through self-paced learning and ensure understanding of fundamental concepts is essential.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to different age groups.
- Teach students using a structured, step-by-step approach that encourages mastery of fundamental skills in math and literacy.
- Create an interactive and supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to learn.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of various learning styles.
- Encourage problem-solving, critical thinking, and independent learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Develop hands-on activities and projects to enhance learning, particularly in STEM-related subjects.
- Help students build confidence in self-paced learning and gradual skill development.
- Maintain a well-organized and safe learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (BSc in Education is required). Higher degrees are welcomed.
- Experience teaching children is preferred, but new graduates with a passion for education are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with structured, self-paced learning approaches that help students develop mastery of subjects.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for engaging students and making learning fun and effective.
- Ability to adapt lessons to different age groups and learning styles.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
- Interest or experience in STEM education, robotics, coding, or hands-on projects is a plus but not required.
