Nursery Classroom Teacher

Responsible for providing high quality of education for children and a safe and developmentally appropriate environment in accordance with all company's policies and procedures

Main Duties

• To implement the curriculum and relevant activities to meet the needs of the children.
• To prepare the lesson plan and make sure to respect the classroom schedule.
• To always enhance creativity and come up with new ideas for activities, decoration, etc.
• To help children develop their autonomy, and use positive reinforcement techniques.
• To use play and hands-on activities to teach basic skills.
• To prepare the formal assessment of the child in accordance with the Education Coordinator.
• To discuss children's progress with the Education Coordinator and Branch Manager.
• To ensure children are well prepared for preschool interviews and requirements.
• To assure a smooth adaptation of newly enrolled children.
  
  

Requirements

• A degree in Education.
• Knowledge and know-how of ECE.
• Fluency in English or French.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a classroom teacher.
• A Previous experience with children aged between 1 year old to 3 years old.
