Senior Marketing Communications Executive

JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Marketing & Communications Executive leads the development and execution of Maison Cadrans’ integrated marketing, communications, and brand strategies across both digital and offline channels. This role merges creativity with analytical precision to drive 360° marketing campaigns, brand activations (online and offline), CRM initiatives, visual merchandising, PR efforts, in-store experiences, and supplier collaborations. The position is responsible for impactful storytelling, well-coordinated brand execution across physical and digital touchpoints, and rigorous reporting and analytics to guide strategic decisions and deliver business results in the luxury watch and jewelry market.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Marketing, VM, & Brand Activations
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across all channels (ATL, BTL, digital, retail) in alignment with Maison Cadrans’ strategy.
- Develop and implement brand activations, customer engagement programs, and promotional initiatives in coordination with Brand Managers.
- Coordinate VM implementation in line with guidelines to ensure a consistent luxury retail experience.
- Conduct market studies (consumer insights, competition monitoring, pricing analysis) to support business strategy and positioning.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Managers to ensure cohesive messaging and effective marketing plans.
Digital Marketing, CRM, E-commerce & Analytics
- Manage and maintain digital platforms, including social media, e-commerce website, and boutique messaging, ensuring engaging and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints.
- Maintain and update website content: banners, articles, press releases, product updates.
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing activities, including web content, email marketing, boutique campaigns, and social media initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to implement SEO/SEM strategies, Google Ads, and broader awareness-building marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze daily digital metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Analyze customer databases, develop segmentation, and plan targeted CRM campaigns to drive loyalty and customer lifetime value.
- Support content creation for both digital and offline platforms using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Liaise with third-party agencies to execute digital projects and integrated campaigns.
PR, Communications & Events
- Plan and execute PR strategies and activities to elevate Maison Cadrans’ media presence and reputation.
- Prepare press materials, manage relationships with media and influencers, and oversee brand communications.
- Support the planning and execution of events, retail activations, and VIP experiences that reinforce brand storytelling and engagement.
- Identify and manage brand partnerships and influencer collaborations relevant to the luxury sector.
Commercial, Operations & Supplier Coordination
- Maintain alignment with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure integrated execution of campaigns.
- Gather, adapt, and roll out brand content and materials provided by suppliers, ensuring local relevance and brand compliance.
- Attend brand training sessions to stay aligned with supplier strategies and product knowledge.
- Plan annual and seasonal marketing calendars with brand suppliers.
- Coordinate budgeting and track yearly marketing expenses and supplier contributions.
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare reports for suppliers and internal stakeholders on marketing activity execution, budgets, and results.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports covering campaigns, event outcomes, analytics, and ROI.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Track and optimize performance of digital campaigns, SEO/SEM efforts, CRM programs, and in-store initiatives.

Operates within the marketing and communication guidelines defined by the Business Manager and the Maison Cadrans strategy. Executes marketing initiatives, digital activities, and supplier collaborations within approved budgets and brand standards. Proposes new ideas and ensures timely and effective project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing
- Fluent in Arabic, French and English
- Excellent communication skills (Oral, Written, Presentation)
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced digital tools.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and digital content creation platforms.
- Experience handling e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar CMS systems.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms.
- Technically knowledgeable about digital technologies and platforms (social media, e-com, analytics…)
- Analytical thinker with a creative mindset.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Passion for luxury industry (watches & jewelry a plus).
- Team player with a proactive, engaging personality.
