Field Civil Engineer

Job Summary

The Field Civil Engineer is responsible for supervising and executing civil construction activities at site to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role supports timely project delivery through effective site coordination and technical oversight.

Salary: SAR 10000 - 10400

Experience: 10 - 15 years

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction works including concrete, earthworks, and structural activities
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and civil engineering standards
• Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams to maintain quality and safety
• Review and implement method statements and work procedures
• Monitor site progress, productivity, and material usage
• Resolve technical and site-related civil issues
• Conduct site inspections and support testing and handover activities
• Maintain site records, reports, and as-built documentation

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Diploma not acceptable)
• Minimum 10+ years of field/site experience in civil works
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and standards
• Familiarity with applicable codes, specifications, and safety regulations
• Ability to mobilize immediately
• Experience coordinating with contractors and site teams
