The Human Resources Officer plays a crucial role in managing the workforce of the hospitality and accommodation sector in Beirut, Lebanon. This position involves overseeing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration into the company.
  • Oversee employee performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the development of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for workforce planning and talent management.

Preferred Candidate

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Lebanon.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Excellent knowledge of Lebanese Labor Law & NSSF calculation.
