Digital Marketing specialist

The Digital Marketing specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing Kids Atelier digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channel's function, hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, social media, display campaigns and e-commerce.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. • Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
- Lead the management and improvement of the company's e-commerce platform.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and GSuite.
- Experience with social media advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Familiarity with web design and understanding of e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. This position will require working with other departments as well as the President to ensure that all marketing strategies are implemented effectively and efficiently
