Description:
We are seeking to recruit a highly organized and capable Marketing Coordinator to join CFI Marketing team.
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing team across campaigns, events, and administrative functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and agencies.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Campaign Support
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns across print, OOH, TV, and radio.
- Ensure branding guidelines are applied consistently across all materials.
- Monitor campaigns to ensure smooth execution and coherence.
- Track new OOH & DOOH locations and assist in evaluating proposed media.
- Assist in evaluating proposed sponsorships.
- Conduct due diligence for all sponsorships and partnerships.
Event Coordination
- Support in preparing and executing events, activations, and sponsorships.
- Handle event logistics, liaising with venues for inspections, quotations, and ensuring standards are met.
- Assist in on-site event attendance and coordination.
Administration & Finance
- Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
- Process invoices and purchase orders; upload invoices to the system and follow up to ensure alignment with contract terms.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to secure signatures and archive contracts properly.
- Keep accurate filing and records of all payments, invoices, and contracts throughout the year.
- Follow up with suppliers and agencies for bookings, reports, and statistics.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of marketing principles (campaigns, sponsorships, branding, OOH/DOOH, media).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of marketing tools/software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
