Key Responsibilities 1- Recruitment a- Schedule meetings with candidates b- Handle Onboarding and Offboarding processes 2- Training a- Assist in identifying proper trainings and registering employees to the program 3- Reporting(Human Capital and Business Expenses 4- Payroll & Social Security a- Prepare payroll for all entities b- Assist in handling the Social Security Cycle 5- Record Keeping a- Ensure proper filing of HR and Administration documents Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR and administration roles. Proficiency in Odoo or similar HR management software. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
