Location: Beirut, Lebanon (On-site with local travel)

Reports To: Co-Founders

Role Description:

We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Community & Outreach Associate to help grow and activate Servi's freelancer and partner network.

This role will lead outreach to universities, communities, and local organizations, and help coordinate marketing, influencer campaigns, and events.

You'll be the face of Servi in the field - building relationships, creating activation opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution on the ground.

Responsibilities:

Community Outreach & Partnerships:

  • Identify, research, and engage universities, schools, and community groups
  • Build and maintain a CRM of partner contacts, status updates, and meeting notes
  • Visit partners on-site, coordinate logistics, and support relationship-building events
  • Support partnership activations, including negotiations and documentation

Freelancer Activation & Support:

  • Support onboarding of vetted freelancers, including orientation and local engagement
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for early freelancer bookings with users
  • Resolve basic issues and feedback loops from the field to the operations/tech team

Marketing & Influencer Campaigns:

  • Research and evaluate influencers and collaborators for local campaigns
  • Build and manage outreach trackers for influencer coordination
  • Assist with local event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional activities
  • Monitor budgets and track campaign performance in shared dashboards

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years in community engagement, partnerships, field marketing, or outreach
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - comfortable in meetings and field events
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and campaign coordination (e.g., Airtable, HubSpot, Sheets)
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (French a plus)
  • Tech-savvy and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel locally and work flexible hours for events
