Guest Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries via phone, email, chat, or booking platforms. This includes resolving issues, providing property details, and ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes for apartments, guesthouses, chalets, and boutique hotels.
Booking Management: Coordinate reservations, confirm availability, and upsell services to enhance guest experiences.
Administrative Support: Maintain records, update calendars, and liaise with property owners or maintenance teams for quick resolutions.
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver warm, professional communication to build positive reviews and repeat business, especially in a tourism-heavy market like Beirut.
Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service (e.g., hotels, rentals, or travel agencies) is preferred. Strong coordination skills are essential.
Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication (English and Arabic fluency a must; French is a plus for international guests). Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, booking software (e.g., Airbnb, Booking. com), or CRM systems.
Availability: Comfortable with remote work (online tools for most tasks) and occasional in-office visits (2x/week) for team meetings or urgent coordination.
Personal Traits: Friendly, organized, problem-solver who can handle multicultural guests and peak seasons.
