We’re Hiring: Accountant & Training Coordinator

Location: Dekwaneh, Beirut – Priority given to candidates residing nearby

Type: Full-Time

Are you a recent graduate ready to kickstart your career? Join our dynamic team to support our accounting department, training programs, and daily office operations. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a background in Business or Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Tasks

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets accurately and on time.

Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and expense reports.

Ensure compliance with local laws, accounting standards, and internal policies.

Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

Training & Administrative Tasks

Coordinate and support training sessions and schedules.

Communicate with students and instructors.

Design promotional materials using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Provide administrative and HR support as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience in accounting; exposure to training or HR development is a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Fluent in English.

Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Able to multitask and work independently.
