Head of Marketing (Creative + Growth)
BBCorp is hiring a creative, data-driven Head of Marketing to own brand, growth, and lifecycle end-to-end. You’ll set the strategy, build the team, ship standout creative, and hit aggressive acquisition and retention targets. If ambiguity slows you down, this isn’t your role.
What You’ll Own
- Strategy & Leadership: Build the marketing vision and plan across brand, product marketing, growth, content, PR, and partnerships. Hire and lead a high-output team and agency roster.
- Creative Direction: Define brand system, voice, and campaigns; push world-class creative across paid, organic, social, video, and onsite.
- Growth Engine: Full-funnel ownership—paid media, SEO, ASO/landing pages, referrals, influencer/affiliate, partnerships, and conversion rate optimization.
- Lifecycle & CRM: Architect onboarding, activation, and retention via email, push, SMS, and in-app.
- Product Marketing: Positioning, messaging, narrative, and competitive strategy; partner tightly with Product and Sales/BD.
- Insights & Analytics: Set the measurement framework, build dashboards, run experiments, and make calls on budget allocation.
- PR & Comms: Own the story. Manage media, thought leadership, speaking, and crisis comms.
- Budget & Forecasting: Own the marketing P&L; model scenarios, track ROI, and reallocate in real time.
Outcomes (Non-Negotiable)
- 90 days: Clear strategy, hiring plan, channel diagnostics, first creative refresh live, baseline KPIs instrumented.
- 180 days: Scalable acquisition model with positive signal

You Are
- A builder with 4+ years in marketing, including 2–3 years leading teams across both brand + performance.
- A creative leader with a strong portfolio of campaigns that moved numbers, not just won awards.
- Fluent with experimentation, attribution, and marketing finance (cohorts, payback, incrementality, MMM/MTA basics).
- Operator DNA: plan → resource → execute → measure → iterate—fast.
- Fintech/Consumer Apps/Trading/Payments experience is a strong plus.

- CRM/Lifecycle: Braze/Klaviyo/Iterable, Segment
- Creative: Figma, Adobe Suite; UGC/influencer platforms
Reporting & Team
- Reports to: CEO/GM
- Direct reports initially: Performance Lead, Brand/Creative Lead, Content/Comms, CRM/Lifecycle (hire and shape this)
Skills
- Full-funnel marketing (brand + performance) with measurable CAC/LTV impact
- Sharp creative direction and brand storytelling; high taste level
- Growth experimentation: A/B testing, CRO, landing pages, referrals
- Lifecycle/CRM mastery (segmentation, journeys across email/push/SMS)
- Analytics & attribution fluency (GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude; cohorts, payback)
- Media buying at scale (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic)
- Product marketing (positioning, messaging, GTM, competitive landscape)
- PR/comms and influencer/affiliate partnerships that move numbers
- Budgeting & forecasting; P&L ownership and ROI discipline
- Team leadership: hire, coach, set pace; cross-functional with Product/Sales
