Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic people to be part of our branch management teams. The ideal candidate will drive sales, ensure smooth store operations, and foster a culture of excellent customer service. As a member of the management team, you will oversee all aspects of the store, including team management, inventory control, and achieving sales targets while upholding Basic's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation and timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of store employees to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interactions.
- Set performance goals, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Sales and Customer Focus:
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Foster a welcoming store environment that enhances the shopping experience.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure store operations comply with all legal, safety, and security requirements.
- Regularly inspect the store for safety hazards and take corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar role in retail.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage store operations effectively.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and basic financial analysis.
