Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and dynamic people to be part of our branch management teams. The ideal candidate will drive sales, ensure smooth store operations, and foster a culture of excellent customer service. As a member of the management team, you will oversee all aspects of the store, including team management, inventory control, and achieving sales targets while upholding Basic's brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:


Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation and timely replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.


Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of store employees to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interactions.
  • Set performance goals, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.


Sales and Customer Focus:

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Foster a welcoming store environment that enhances the shopping experience.


Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure store operations comply with all legal, safety, and security requirements.
  • Regularly inspect the store for safety hazards and take corrective actions as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar role in retail.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage store operations effectively.
  • Proficiency in retail management systems and basic financial analysis.
