Purpose of the Job:
To update and maintain a proper financial transaction in the financial system in line with the company financial policies and standards.
Job Description:
- · Coordinate with vendors and send cost data to center
- · Forward verified trucking costs to the center
- · Communicate final charges and supporting docs
- · Ensure estimate accuracy and forward for CW entry
- · Gather, review, and send to center for CW processing
- · Coordinate and confirm costs before submission
- · Submit to center and follow up on processing status
- · Review, summarize, and send for CW cost entry
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- 1-2 years of Experience in Accounting, preferably in logistics and supply chain industries.
- Proficient with Microsoft office Excel.
- Strong command of the English Language.
