Purpose of the Job:

To update and maintain a proper financial transaction in the financial system in line with the company financial policies and standards.

Job Description:

  • ·      Coordinate with vendors and send cost data to center
  • ·         Forward verified trucking costs to the center
  • ·         Communicate final charges and supporting docs
  • ·         Ensure estimate accuracy and forward for CW entry
  • ·         Gather, review, and send to center for CW processing
  • ·         Coordinate and confirm costs before submission
  • ·         Submit to center and follow up on processing status
  • ·         Review, summarize, and send for CW cost entry

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • 1-2 years of Experience in Accounting, preferably in logistics and supply chain industries.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office Excel.            
  • Strong command of the English Language.
