Role Description

We are hiring a Financial and Real Estate Advisor to join our Dubai team. This is an on-site role for professionals with proven experience in property sales, financial guidance, and client relationship management.

You’ll be working with high-quality leads generated through targeted advertising and CRM automation. That’s why we’re looking for someone who’s confident, skilled, and ready to deliver value from day one — not someone still learning the basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial and real estate advice to clients
• Develop investment strategies and manage client portfolios
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a friendly, high-performance culture

Qualifications

• Solid experience in real estate, property sales, or financial advisory
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is a strong advantage
• Formal education is appreciated but not mandatory — we value results and experience
