Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate with proficiency in Arabic to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal figure in driving sales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, all while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is a goal-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. This role will provide the opportunity to lead sales initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, and work closely with other departments to drive success. Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue objectives.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs and objectives.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate and close deals with customers to meet sales targets and margins.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to network and promote the brand.
Mentor and guide junior sales staff to enhance their professional development and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in a sales-related position with proven success.
Fluent in Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of sales dynamics, strategies, and customer relationship management.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools and technologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
