Develop and maintain a pipeline of clients through daily prospecting.
Manage the sale/rental of properties, ensuring compliance with all documentation and procedures.
Stay informed about real estate trends, especially in your area of expertise.
Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and transactions.
Promote properties through advertising channels, open houses, and other listing services.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years prior Real Estate experience in the UAE is required.
Must be proactive and results-driven attitude.
Passionate about real estate and sales.
Friendly, trustworthy, and with a professional appearance.
Must have Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication in English + Arabic or English + Russian language Required.
Valid UAE Driver’s License with own car required.
