About The Position

Full-time| Rotational schedule (3 days AM / 3 days PM)

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers to ensure a smooth, positive experience
• Handle transactions and maintain accurate cash records
• Open and close the cash register with full accountability
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate when necessary
• Follow all security and compliance procedures
• Keep a positive attitude — and yes, smiles are part of the job!

What You Bring

• A degree in Business or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service
• Strong communication in Arabic and English (French is a plus!)
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A proactive approach to solving problems and managing priorities
  
  

Nice To Have

• Willingness to work flexible hours, as schedules may rotate between AM and PM shifts
