Female Gym Manager – Ladies Gym | Jordan

We are looking for a Female Gym Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join a Ladies Gym in Jordan.

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Arabic speaker (native or fluent)
• Lebanese nationality is preferred
• Previous experience in gym management or within the fitness industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage daily gym operations, staff schedules, and memberships

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gym operations
• Supervise trainers and staff
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service
• Manage memberships and client relations
• Plan and organize fitness programs and activities

• Work Location: Jordan

• Open to candidates currently based in Lebanon
• Relocation to Jordan is required
