Job Description
We are looking for an Off-Plan Sales Specialist to join our real estate team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Selling off-plan real estate units
- Dealing with developers and clients
- Following up with leads and closing deals
- Explaining payment plans and project details to clients
- Achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Off-Plan real estate (Dubai market)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Dubai developers and off-plan projects
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Salary & Commission
- Basic Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 (to be decided during the interview)
- Commission: 25% – 35%
