Team Lead (Senior Property Consultant)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Off-Plan to drive performance, mentor agents, and lead successful sales outcomes in Dubai’s off-plan real estate market.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the Dubai off-plan real estate market
• Prior experience in managing a team of 3–5 agents
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Sound product knowledge of off-plan projects and developers
• Ability to motivate, train, and monitor team performance
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and manage the off-plan sales team
• Set targets and ensure consistent team performance
• Support team members with deal closures and client management
• Provide product training and market insights
• Drive revenue growth and team productivity
