About the Company

We are a growing real estate company specializing in residential and investment properties. As part of our expansion, we are building a high-performing sales team and are looking for an experienced Recruiter who can consistently source, screen, and hire top-performing real estate brokers.

The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of real estate brokers and sales consultants. This role requires strong knowledge of sales recruitment, local real estate markets, and the ability to attract high-quality, commission-driven talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit real estate brokers through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, headhunting)
• Screen candidates for sales experience, market knowledge, and cultural fit
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with management for final selection
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified broker candidates
• Understand commission structures and explain them clearly to candidates
• Manage recruitment timelines and hiring targets
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
• Strengthen employer branding to attract top broker talent

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Experience hiring real estate brokers, property consultants, or sales professionals (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of commission-based and sales-driven roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
• Strong networking and headhunting skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage
