Role overview
The commercial sales executive will be responsible for driving revenue by sourcing, promoting, and closing commercial property transactions, including offices, retail units, warehouses, industrial spaces, and land. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key responsibilities
1. Business development & lead generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
- Generate leads through networking, prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and properties.
2. Client relationship management
- Develop long-term relationships with landlords, investors, corporate clients, and developers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Deliver professional property viewings, presentations, and proposals.
3. Market research & advisory
- Conduct thorough market research on commercial property trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare comparative market analysis reports for clients.
- Advise clients on leasing, sales, ROI, and investment opportunities.
4. Property listings & documentation
- Secure exclusive listings and ensure accurate property information on CRM and marketing portals.
- Coordinate with marketing for high-quality photos, videos, brochures, and property ads.
- Ensure compliance with RERA procedures and documentation requirements.
5. Negotiation & deal closure
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts between buyers, sellers, and landlords.
- Prepare and review sales agreements, tenancy contracts, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams (administration, finance, PRO) to ensure smooth deal execution.
6. Reporting & compliance
- Maintain updated records of interactions, deals, and property inventory.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, RERA regulations, and UAE real estate laws.
Qualifications & skills required
Education & experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing in Dubai.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
Technical & professional skills
- Strong understanding of UAE commercial property market.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
