The role

We’re hiring a Content & Communications Manager to own the weekly storytelling rhythm across the entire Gross Labs ecosystem.

This person turns conversations, ideas, and moments into polished content — writing newsletters, social posts, and platform updates while managing the systems that ensure everything ships consistently.

This is equal parts writer, editor, and operator.

You will not just create content — you will build the machine that distributes it.

What you’ll own

Editorial & writing

• Write and edit the Gross Labs newsletter
• Draft LinkedIn, Instagram, and social posts for the Founder and brands
• Ghostwrite thought leadership and updates
• Repurpose podcasts, meetings, events, and deals into content

Content systems & distribution

• Build and manage weekly content calendar
• Schedule and publish across channels
• Coordinate posts across Find Your Grind and all other Gross Labs operating companies and non-profit organizations
• Maintain consistent voice and brand standards
• Track performance and optimize engagement

Platform support

• Capture Founder insights and translate them into clear narratives
• Support key launches, partnerships, and announcements
• Ensure every meaningful moment gets documented and shared
• Create proactive, not reactive, content flow

• Weekly newsletter ships consistently
• Social content posts on rhythm without last-minute scrambling
• Founder and teams never chasing copy or scheduling
• Cohesive voice across all Gross Labs brands
• Content meaningfully supports growth, partnerships, and deal flow

• Excellent writer and editor
• Organized and systems-minded
• Experience ghostwriting for executives or founders
• Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
• Passion for sports, media, startups, or culture a plus
