Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Senior Advisor specializing in Emaar and Nakheel off-plan properties. The Senior Advisor will guide clients through the property purchasing process, develop and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, and work closely with trusted developers. Responsibilities include consulting clients on investment options, marketing properties, managing leads, organizing viewings, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The Senior Advisor will also stay updated on market trends and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the off-plan property market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and expertise in Off-Plan Real Estate Sales, including familiarity with Emaar and Nakheel properties.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to guide clients in making informed investment decisions.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and understanding of regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in listing properties, conducting property tours, and utilizing marketing strategies effectively.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages, such as Arabic, is an advantage.
• A valid UAE driver's license is highly preferred.
