Sales And Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead our real estate sales operations while overseeing our brand presence across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

1- Sales

• Manage and drive residential property sales
• Handle client inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and closings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors
• Track leads and report on sales performance

2- Marketing

• Manage and grow our social media platforms
• Develop and execute content and campaign strategies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

Real estate certification is a plus

Proven experience in real estate sales

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Solid understanding of social media and digital marketing
