Executive - Social Media

Executive - Social Media
Role

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of social media strategies
• Assist in developing and implementing content calendars
• Monitor, engage, and report on social media performance
• Handle community management, page monitoring, and posting across platforms
• Support content creation for social, including ideation and occasional execution
• Assist with pitch preparation and brainstorming
• Coordinate campaign rollouts from planning to posting
• Help conceptualize both on-ground and online brand activations
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure brand alignment
• Stay up to date with platform trends, tools, and best practices
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos.
• Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
  

Skills & Abilities

• Familiarity with social media management and listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meltwater…).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Strong drive for continuous learning and research on the subject matter for personal development
• Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Creativity in thinking: Creative writing and content creation
• Photography & Design skills (adobe illustrator) are a plus
  

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience
  

Degree

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Statistics
  

Languages

• English and Arabic – essential
• French – a plus
