About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior HR Generalist who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrive in fast-paced environments, build strong relationships across teams, and confidently lead initiatives that strengthen our culture, sharpen our processes, and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle & Compliance

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and probation tracking.
  • Draft contracts, maintain documentation, and ensure labor law compliance.
  • Keep employee records and trackers accurate and up to date.

Performance & Culture

  • Support performance review cycles, KPI tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Deliver culture-focused initiatives and employee engagement surveys.
  • Contribute to People & Culture roadmap projects.

Recruitment & Talent Support

  • Post job vacancies, manage pipelines, and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain applicant tracking and collaborate with hiring managers.

Daily HR Operations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries.
  • Audit and maintain HR files and trackers.

HR Projects & Communication

  • Draft internal communications and memos.
  • Support projects such as onboarding redesigns, policy updates, and process audits.

Skills

Required Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Technical Expertise & Skills

5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, technology, or engineering sectors, with exposure to ISO-certified environments.

Proven ability to manage the full employee lifecycle, lead performance management processes, and ensure compliance with labor law and company policies.

Proficient in Excel and HRIS platforms, with experience in HR analytics tools (Power BI or similar is a plus).

Strong presence, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Languages

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Houmal, Lebanon (On-site)
