Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
• Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions
• Schedule and conduct property viewings
• Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and competitors
• Match client requirements with properties accurately
• Assist in buying, selling, residential, and commercial property deals
• Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation are complete and compliant

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (Off-Plan) with closing experience
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Proficient in real estate software and online marketing platforms
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ready to start immediately
