Job Scope

The Senior Specialist - Partners Risk Management supports auditing and assessing the risk profile of customer partners, including distributors and resellers, after onboarding. S/he helps ensure partners’ compliance within the agreed contractual, financial, and compliance frameworks, and contributes to safeguarding the company’s commercial and reputational interests.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of partners risk management frameworks, audit methodologies, and governance policies;
• Conduct post-onboarding audits of distributors and resellers to assess compliance with contractual, pricing, credit, and operational requirements;
• Gather financial, operational, and compliance data from partners for audits;
• Validate the accuracy and completeness of partner’s submitted documents;
• Help ensure partner adherence to commercial agreements, including discount structures, territory restrictions, and reporting obligations;
• Detect operational gaps and non-compliance in audits and help implement corrective actions;
• Collaborate with internal teams to help resolve partner audit findings and support risk policy implementation;
• Support the preparation of audit reports and dashboards with insights on trends, issues, and risks;
• Maintain organized audit records and ensure documentation is up to date.

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience
