Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our Chinese Team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English, have a strong understanding of Dubai's property market, and a proven track record in sales. You will work with a dedicated marketing department generating high-quality Chinese-speaking leads and have access to exclusive projects from Dubai's top developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and convert them into successful property transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and developers
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and the latest investment opportunities
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate trends and project launches
• Represent Metropolitan professionally in all client interactions and events

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan or secondary market)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
