Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting garments and accessories that complement their style and preferences.
• Maintain the presentation of the store by ensuring products are well-displayed and inventory is well-managed.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized service that encourages repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
• Fluency in Russian and English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in fashion retail or as a fashion consultant is preferred.
