HR Officer-Performance Management

We are hiring a Remote HR Officer (Fresher) with a strong interest or academic background in Performance Management. You'll work closely with our HR team to support and enhance employee performance initiatives and contribute to key HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems
- Support HR reporting and documentation related to employee KPIs and evaluations
- Coordinate virtual performance reviews and feedback sessions
- Help in maintaining HR records and databases
- Provide administrative support to HR functions as needed
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Understanding of performance management concepts (coursework or internship experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in an HR role
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Based in Lebanon
