Financial Director - Lebanon - $5000 - $6000

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management and the board
• Manage cash flow planning, liquidity, and working capital optimization
• Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, loans, and guarantees
• Lead negotiations with banks and financial institutions
• Monitor financial risks, including FX exposure and interest rate risk
• Supervise accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards
• Oversee external audits and relationships with auditors and advisors
• Monitor financial performance of stores and business units
• Support expansion projects, new store openings, and capital investments
• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiency
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams
• Establish best practices, KPIs, and governance standards

Qualifications

• Solid background in financial leadership and strategic planning, combined with hands-on expertise in treasury management, including cash flow optimization, liquidity planning, banking relationships, financing facilities, credit lines, and financial risk management.
• 10+ years of experience in the retail sector and managing multi-branch operations is highly desirable
