Coders offers internship opportunities for fresh MIS graduates who are interested in starting their career as ERP Business Central Functional Consultants. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to real ERP implementation projects, guided by experienced consultants, within a Microsoft Partner environment.

Internship Scope & Tasks

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from different departments.
• Support the configuration and setup of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.).
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue tracking.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
• Support data migration activities and basic reporting.
• Assist in end-user training sessions and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams during implementation phases.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a degree in MIS, Business Information Systems, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Basic understanding of business processes (finance, operations, supply chain).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to learn ERP systems and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
